I belong to track and field club, and I run long distance every day.
So, I will tell you about how to run longer and faster. First, you must to let the tension out of your shoulders while you are running. Remember that a long distance runner is different from a short distance runner completely. Next, buy the shoes, which much your legs. I recommend beginner to buy thick and cushioning characteristics to prevent injury shoes. Finally, consider to run at a constant rhythm. If you speed up as a short distance race, you will be done in quickly.
