I belong to track and field club, and I run long distance every day.

So, I will tell you about how to run longer and faster. First, you must to let the tension out of your shoulders while you are running. Remember that a long distance runner is different from a short distance runner completely. Next, buy the shoes, which much your legs. I recommend beginner to buy thick and cushioning characteristics to prevent injury shoes. If you buy the shoes, which is not fit your foot, you will be injure your knee and become shin splints. Finally, consider to run at a constant rhythm. If you speed up as a short distance race, you will be done in quickly.
