Today is the first anniversary of my grand father's death. At 1０：２０ o'clock in this morning, many relation will visit my house, so I have to wait on visitors.
The visitors, who I met after a long time will  certainly say me "Oh you are Hikaru? you become big!" I think that "Big" have 2 means. One mean is I grow adult. It is good mean. The other mean is I become fat! So, in fact, I hesitate to meet and wait on visitors.

Making sweets

I will talk about making sweets.

One of my hobbies is making sweets, and I make sweets often.

I make pudding, cookie, no-bake cheesecake many times. I make those sweets, and missed any number of times. Most interesting miss of many failure stories is that I baked cookies in preheating. I did not know the means of preheating, so I missed. But common people do not miss like this, because common people check means when they find the words they do not know. I improve the skill making sweets, and present for my friends thank to many stories. My friends ate all, and say me every times “It is very delicious! You are good cook.” I glad and think I will present sweets, which I make again. When I make sweets, I find out my fault. But if I mend my fault, very very delicious sweets are completed. It is the real pleasure of making sweets.

Lately, I bought the book, which is written about how to make sweets. I want to try another sweets.

From those 2 facts, I think the best method using lottery are buying many lottery cards in happy day for example the last day of the year, and decide that do not buy in other day. It is important that you think lucky when she will get money.

I will talk about my Blog.
I have to write 8000 words on my blog by next Monday.
Now, I wrote 7000 words, so you may think that I should write only 1000 words. In fact, writing the English blog is very hard. If you write "こんにちは" in Japanese, Microsoft Word counts 5 words. But If you write "Hello" in English, Words counts only 1 word!
If I do not finish the 8000 words blog, I would not get the credit of Writing class.

The Gingerbread Man

Once upon a time, a little old women and a little old man lived on a farm. They had no children, so the little woman decided to make a boy out of gingerbread. When she opened the oven door and looked in, a gingerbread man jumped out and ran away.“Stop!” shouted the old woman and man, but the gingerbread man ran out of the house.

The gingerbread man jumped on his tail. The fox started swimming but his tail was in the water. “Climb on to my back” The gingerbread man climbed up the fox. Water started creeping up the fox’s back. “Climb on to my nose” The gingerbread man climbed up the fox. Then, fox ate gingerbread man!

When I finish reading this book, I got the urge to eat cookie.

The fox in this book was very sly.

The gingerbread man in this book alike the gingerbread man, which enter shrek movie.

I can’t understand why a little old woman and little old man made gingerbread man while it may be true that they want a child.

What do you image about Sweden?

In ny images of Sweden are that There are many cool guy in Sweden, a welfare state, and very cold.

Most swede can speak English, but the official language of Sweden is Swedish.

People in Sweden can use public facilities for free or  low cost, but the tax of Sweden is very high(20%). And, Sweden is famous for the states of equal rights for both sexes.

Surprisingly, the man of swede take childcare leave as with women.

Exodus, Five Ster Life

Today, I watched two movie trailers. The second one was Exodus: Gods and Kings. This is a Ridley Scott film, Christian Bale and Sigoumey Weaver. As one might expect from the title, it's about Moses and Ancient Egypt. Christian Bale plays Moses.

A five star life was the other trailer I saw.
At first, the heroin is an  dark horse hotel investigator. She go around the world.
She went to many hotel, and experience many interesting happening.
She sees her life again through those happenings.

Wizards

I read "Wizards" written by Christpher Rawson.

Long, long time ago, lots of people believed in wizards.

They thought there were good one's, who helped people and bad one's who cast evil spells.
  Zag was a wonderful wizard. He looked after children, who had nowhere else to live. The children adored him. But Zag didn't do any magic, because he forgot his spells. One day, "We don't have any money left" he said sadly. "But don't worry. I know how we can make some money "
First, He taught children how to juggle. Then he taught them clever jumping tricks, and acrobatics.
Finally, He the children put on a show for the villagers. It was a great success. Every one laughed and clapped and gave the children money.
One man walked past, muttering to himself. He didn't give them any money even though he had bags of gold. His name was Mervin the Miser and it suited him. "Tricks, indeed. Stuff and nonsense.
Mervin stomped off to his house before anyone could spot him. Safe inside, he shut the door with a bang. The money from the show didn't last. Zag had run out of ideas. Zag was very old and tired. The children knew he'd done his best, but they didn't give up. They went to Zag's Secret Room, and found a rusty can. It was "Laughing Powder!" "Sprinkle on victim.... tickle with feather...."
The children slipped out of the wizard's house and went to Maser's house.
Mervin was fast asleep. Jack tiptoed to his bed, and sprinkled laughing powder all over him.
"Ha ha!" cried Mervin, with a huge smile. He started to laugh. "I haven't felt this happy for years. Tomorrow is Christmas Day! Let's have a party!" And that's what they did. Even the mayor was invited. After that, Mervin made sure that Zag and the children never went hungry again.

Sweets in Kyushu 2

It is sequel of Sweets in Kyushu.

I will introduce Beniimo tart. It is Okinawa sweet.

It is made from specialties in Okinawa “Beniimo”, so it color purple.

It is very sweet and softy. 

Next, I will introduce mango sweets. It is Miyazaki sweet.

I don’t know about Miyazaki well, but Miyazaki mango is very famous.

There are many mango sweets and you can eat these easily if you go to Miyazaki.

Third, I will introduce Karukan(かるかん). It is Oita sweet.
Its color is white and very softy. 
Oita is famous for many good hot springs.
Karukan in Oita is made by the steam of the hot springs in Oita.

Finally, I introduce YoriYori(よりより). It is Nagasaki sweet. 
Usually people image Nagasaki Castella first, but I don't image it first.
It is very hard, so If you have eat this since you were child, your tooth become very strong.
It looks barber's pole or Akira Nakao's fashon style, which is famous actor.
He wind his scarf every day. It is Akira style.

Sweets in Kyushu

Do you Know Kyushu? Japan is divided Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, Sikoku, Kyushu.

Kyushu consists of Kumamoto, Fukuoka, Saga, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Nagasaki, Oita and Okinawa.

I live in Kumamoto in Kyushu in Japan.  

I will talk about sweets in Kyushu.

First, I will introduce about Mushagaeshi(武者返し). It is Kumamoto sweet.

Strained bean paste is into 100 layer pie pastry, which is made by manual labor.

In fact, I don’t like bean paste, but Mushagaeshi is not so much too sweet as normal bean paste. Kumamoto castle is the most famous place in Kumamoto. The stone wall of Kumamoto castle is very steep, and people couldn’t reach the castle in the past. So, the stone wall of Kumamoto castle called Mushagaeshi(武者返し).

Next, I will introduce Marubouro( 丸ボーロ ). It is Saga sweet. It is familiar to many people in Kyushu since they were child.

It is cheaper than other sweets in Kyushu and there are several kinds.

It is good taste, but easy to eat and simple.

Third, I will introduce Tourimon(通りもん). It is Fukuoka sweet.

There are many famous sweets in Fukuoka, but I like this best.

When I eat Tourimon for the first time, I shocked by gust.

I think that nobody can duplicate this taste.

Finally, I will introduce Shirokuma(白熊). It is Kagoshima sweet.

In fact, I don’t like this, but It is sold all store in Kyushu.

Many Kyushu fruits is served on shaved ice.

LIFE

I watched the drama "LIFE" It is bullying story.

This story is that Heroin is bullied, but face up squarely to it.

I surprised that the actress, who acted the bully. She comes from Kumamoto.

 I will describe this drama’s contents.

Ayumu is third year in junior high school, and preparing for high school exam.

Her best friend Si-chan wants to go on Nishi high school, and she has a good brain.

Ayumi wants to do on same school, but she is not good at studying.

I want to spend high school life with Si-chan! She started studying very hard as taught from Si-chan, and she could be passed the exam. But Si-chan,who wants go there more than anyone else. In addition, Ayumi noticed that Si-chan’s point is lower than her point, but she said that my point is lower than you.

“Why!? You said that your point was lower than mine! I hate your sympathize. I hate you!” She threw to Ayumi the charm, Ayumi gave her. She cried and run away.

Ayumi heated her feelings and cut her wrist, because she thought she atones for her guilt by harming her body.

One month later entrance ceremony, she doesn’t have any friends, because she thought that she doesn’t need friends if she will hate her friend’s feelings.

But, when she eat lunch alone, she felt helpless.

One day, when she eat lunch alone, Manami bespoke her.

Manami is reader of the class. She joined in Manami’s group.

One day, Ayumi is misunderstood her group that she attempting to snatch Manamis boyfriend. Manami and people in this group started tenacious bullying Ayumi.

She wants to seek help her mother, but her mother doesn’t listen her said, because her mother is having Ayumi’s younger brother attention caught. And, Ayumi consults class teacher, but she is bullied in the staff room too. Nobody help Ayumi.

At first, Ayumi was a weak person, but she gradually became strong minded person to “LIVE” by finding friends, whom Ayumi can believe.

Ayumi stand bullying.

Risk of Piercings and plastic surgery

I am against piercing except an earlobe. For example, there are many optic nerves in cartilage tissue of ear.  Therefore, if you get piercings on your ear’s cartilage tissue, maybe you will lose your eyesight. In addition, if you piercings on your nose, maybe you will get sick, because if you piercings on your nose, the mucous membrane of your nose is destroyed. The virus will be in your body easily. So, I believe that piercing expect an earlobe is dangerous and must not act.

I think that undergoing plastic surgery is not good for your health and life. People who undergo plastic surgery operation will be able to have more confidence, because the complex, which they had had by now will improve. However, if the surgery can’t give them an ideal figure, they can’t return former figure. In addition, they need not only pay the cost of the first surgery, but also extra money for things such as maintanance. In fact, when the part of undergoing plastic surgery will be unnatural by aging, they must fix to use a lot of money. Therefore, I think undergoing plastic surgery is dangerous and require great care.

How to lose weight

Have you ever tried to lose your weight?  I tried many time and missed many time.

The finding from my many many failure stories is……

I cannot lose weight without effort.

I get fat about 10 Kg compere with high school days, so I tried many diet.

First, I tried to drink 1L water after getting up and before sleeping. I head that if you try this, you can defecate easily and plenty. But, drinking 2L water in a day is very difficult and I woke up in mid night to go to a WC.

Next, my mother tried to eat Apple only every day, because we watched the TV show, our favorite personality try this and success to lose weight. But, my mother broke down by trying this, because the nutrition in her bodies was partial.

Finally, I didn’t eat carbohydrates for example rice, bread, noodles. I could lose weight by this method, but I was impatient with trifle. I was said from my friend “It is good thing to lose your weight, but I like before you, because you ware cheerful.

I belong to track and field club, and run long distance. 2 weeks ago, I entered the tournament and run 5000M. You may think that running 5000M is easy. I run in track, so I had to run round about 13 times, and very fast. In addition, It was very very hot then, and I could not drink during running. I tired and nearly lose consciousness.

This day, I measured my body weight in my house. I lose 3Kg.

I thought that I cannot lose weight without effort. I need strong wish, and strong heart never give up.

And…. Most effective method to lose my weight is…. Running!

How to run longer and faster

I belong to track and field club, and I run long distance every day.

So, I will tell you about how to run longer and faster. First, you must to let the tension out of your shoulders while you are running. Remember that a long distance runner is different from a short distance runner completely. Next, buy the shoes, which much your legs. I recommend beginner to buy thick and cushioning characteristics to prevent injury shoes. If you buy the shoes, which is not fit your foot, you will be injure your knee and become shin splints. Finally, consider to run at a constant rhythm. If you speed up as a short distance race, you will be done in quickly.

The Cup in the Forest

I read The Cup in the Forest, and explain shortly.
Per and his girlfriend, Nina are on holiday in the country. They walk in the forest, because the forest looks beautiful. But the forest is very dark and quiet. Suddenly Per fall over a tree and strange stone, and they discovered the old cup under the strange stone. They decided to take the cup to the museum tomorrow. When they walked back to their car,  Per saw strange man into the forest.
Next day, They go to museum near their hotel, and ask old curator about cup.
"Take the cup back to the forest...now" the curator said. "But why?"Per asks.
"There are some Viking graves in the forest. This cup is from them."
Per and Nina are drinking coffee in the hotel. Per suggested to back the cup to the forest, but Nina didn't believe. She thought that she sell the cup.Nina thought about money, so Nina is driving away from the hotel very fast with the cup. " Stop Nina!" Per calls, but Nina didn't stop. She was driving away with the cup.
Nina drived for a long time. It was getting dark, and there are no cars on the road. It was raining. Suddenly, Nina saw a strange man. He is standing on the road. He was looking at Nina. His face is dark and angry. Nina screamed and screamed. She was very afraid, and couldn't stop the car. The car, Nina and the cup ware in the river.　Later, the police come and take the car from the river. Nina is dead.
I don't know why Nina and Per walk in the forest. If I ware Per or Nina, I never walk in the forest.

I am nineteen going on twenty

I am nineteen going on twenty. In japan, twenty years old is very important.
First, If you became twenty years old, you can drink alcohol. Maybe many people drink alcohol under twenty because of drinking party in club or part time job or work, but they can drink alcohol in a dignified manner, if they are over the twenty.
Ikkinomi is very dangerous. some time, few people are taken to hospital by Ikkinomi.
And then, the thing that they are under the twenty if they are under the twenty, and they are scolded by their parent and other people.

Second, people, who are over twenty have to pay the national pension. Student do not have to pay this, but worker have to pay.
Third, I will get the right to vote. This is very impossible things. Possibly the represent in my city or japan  by my vote. I have to read Newspaper or watch the news more.
Finally, In japan, Seizinshiki(成人式) is held in various regions on January. Seizinshiki is the event people, who are twenty years old perceive that I am adult and cerebrate the youth survive them life all by themselves. Many girls wear long sleeved kimono in Seizinshiki.
Seizinshiki is once in their lifetime big moment for girl.  My long sleeved kimono is handed down from my mother. My mother is 47 years old, so I have to wear the long sleeved kimono, which was made twenty seven years ago.......

Thumbelina

I read “Thumbelina” by Hans Andersen. It was published by Penguin Readers.

The women, who wanted have a child went to the old woman. The old woman knows about magic. She told the woman that “plant this magic flower in a small box and wait” A woman went home and put this magic flower in the box. Next day, this flower opened and there was a baby girl inside the flower. She was a lovely girl, but she was very small. The woman called the lovely girl Thumbelina. One night, Thumbelina was asleep when a big and ugly toad jumped onto the table next to Thumbelina. “She is very beautiful. I want her to marry my son.” She took flower and Thumbelina and down into the garden. It was start of her grief. First, she lived as ugly toad’s wife, but her flower bet was pot in the river, because toad prevent from getting away. One day, a kind fish pushed her flower and moved down the river. Next, the little bird in the tree saw her and helped her. Unfortunately, bird’s friends don’t like her, so Thumbelina was took down from tree and put her on the flower. Poor Thumbelina lived here for a long time. Third, the field mouse helped her, but she suggested Thumbelina marry with mouse’s friend mole. The mole was rich, but he doesn’t like the sun, so she maybe never seen the beautiful flower and sun. One day Thumbelina helped moribund bird. To help her helps, the bird recovered.

When she married with mole, that bird helped her and carried her warm country. Finally, she would be free! She meets prince of little people, and they fall in love each other. They lived same flower. She would be fortunate parson.

I have known this story since I was so young, but I did not know detailed story.

Now, I surprised that This story is long story and deep story.

Vacation plans

In this  summer, I will go to Australia alone to meet friend, because I have been to Australia for exchange student about 2 weeks. In spite of I have never journeyed alone, I decided that I book airplane, hotel place to go and plan. At first my parents excepted my thought, but I said my host family in Australia will help me.
I know almost how to take plane and how to take a bass, but I can't speak English fluency and I don't know English words enough. Kirin no Thubasa

I watched the movie “Kirin no Thubasa” and summarized this movie’s story.

~Main Character~

・Takehiko Aoyagi: 55years old, He works in the company, which is part manufacturing.

  He stabbed in the chest, and was breaking down under the giraffe statue.

・Hutuki Yazima : 26yearsold, He escaped when he received police checkup. And then,

  He crashed a car. He had Aoyagi’s bag and wallet then, so police thought that he was

  A suspect. 

・Kaori Nakazima: Yazima’s girlfriend. She was in the pregnancy.

・Yuuto Aoyagi: Takehiko Aoyagi’s son. He implicated in the accident in pool when 

 He was junior high school student.

・Tomonori Yoshinaga: Yuuto Aoyagi’s junior in junior high school. He was detected in pool from drowning. Because of this accident, He suffers from encephalosis, and became unconscious.

・Itokawa: Teacher when Yuuto and Tomonori was junior high school. He was the adviser of swimming club in this school.

・Tathuya Sugino, Shouta Kurosawa: Kurosawa:  Yuuto’s friend. They joined swimming club too when they ware junior high school. They implicated in the accident in pool too.

~Story~

 A police detected the man, who leaned over the rail in Nihonbashi. Man’s name is Takehiko Aoyagi.

 He stabbed in the chest, and was breaking down under the giraffe statue. After that, He died in hospital.

 Kaga and Mathumiya( They are heroes in “新参者” series. They are police detective)

 started criminal investigation. While this criminal investigation, the young suspicious man escaped when he received police checkup at the scene. And then, He crashed a car. He had Aoyagi’s bag and wallet then. His girlfriend said “It is unlikely that he kill people.” But police thought that he was a suspect. 

 On the other hand, In the company, which the victim work in disclosure “suppressing workmen’s accident”, and the responsibility rests of “suppreaaing workmen’s accident” with victim. So, victim family was blamed from society and school.

 Who is the real criminal? Huyuki Yazima? or…

 Why victim walked to Nihonbashi in spite of he was dying?

This movie is one of 新参者series. I like the books, which were written by Keigo Higashino, so I often read these books. These books frequently is made into the movie.

Keigo Higashono often writes a detective and thriller story, In this movie, I moved from love that asks nothing in return of father. And, In this movie, my favorite actor acted.

My hometown Nagamine

I will talk about my hometown Nagamine. I have lived in Nagamine, Kumamoto, Japan since I was born. Near Nagamine, There are general hospital, supermarket, McDonald's, cake shop, hair salon, and many shops. I can go to KGU for 20 minutes by ladies bicycle. Nagamine is very comfortable place to live, but the wood near my house to be decreasing recently, because new house is guild. The wood, witch I played to build secret base disappeared. I hope that more wood, flower and trees increase in Nagamine city. I love Ngamine.

 Hi. I will talk about using the computer. I am not good at using the computer, because I have not used the computer with the exception of computer class when I was junior high school and high school student. I will talk about my keitai. I have smartphone now. When I was 1st grade in Toryo high school, I had had keitai. Toryo high school banned to have keitai, but many student had keitai secretly. Hi. I will talk about my other classes. I have many classes now, because I have to enough credit to graduate KGU. The best class for me is International cultural communication.

I sometime watch the TV program "白熱教室"(NHK), and ICC is likely "白熱教室”In this TV program, I can take class, witch is held in famous university for example Harvard University, Stanford University and Arizona State University.

In ICC class in KGU, teacher teach me many knowledge to use many many example,  teacher does not stand on the platform, teacher uses body language, and teacher question me many time. Moreover, I felt I had to response anything when I was questioned from teacher in this class.

I read Snow White, and I summarized this books on my own.

One winter’s day, a young Queen said “I wish I had a child with skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood and hair as black as ebony wood.” Her wish came true. The king was delighted and named child Snow White, but unfortunately young Queen died. “My child needs a mother.” The king thought. Within a year, he had married again.

His new wife was proud and vain. Every day, she gazed into her magic mirror and asked the same question in the morning and night. “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of us all?” because she wanted was to be the most beautiful in the world. The mirror replied “You are”

One day, the queen asked same question. The mirror said “Actually, it is Snow White” She angry and decided to kill Snow White. The Queen called huntsman and forced to kill her and bring her back snow white’s lungs and liver. The huntsman was horrified but he had to obey.

Snow White and huntsman went into the forest. He didn’t say a ward. Under a giant oak tree, he tried to kill her, but her dark eyes filled with tears, so he stop killing and he decided wild pig’s lungs and liver to the queen. He said to her “Run, then!”

Snow White ran for a long long time, and she saw a cottage. “May be someone here can help me” She thought. In this cottage, seven dwarfs lived. When she told them about the queen, they were disgust. “Stay here”

In her palace bedroom, the Queen questions to magic mirror. “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of us all?” “Snow White” mirror said. “Why!?”

“ She is living in a cottage” She was so angry. At last, she disguised herself as an old peddler, and she bring magic apple to the cottage. The Queen gave Snow White the magic apple. She ate magic apple. She is dead. Seven dwarfs laid her in a glass coffin and wrote The Princess Snow White upon it.A year later, A prince ride by and he saw snow white. He fell in love. He asked the dwarf that I want to build a splendid tomb for her, so please let me take her to my palace. The dwarfs argued with the prince all day, but by sunset, they agreed.

As servants lifted the coffin, one tripped. The coffin slipped and the apple flew from Snow White’s mouth. To their astonishment, she opened her eyes. The prince was overjoyed, and he flung open the coffin. “I am a prince who wants to marry you.” 

  

I have known this story since I was young, so I could read easily. The prince fell in love  When he saw Snow White only one time! Moreover he has never talked her, because she has died then. 

I thought that oh no! After all people set a high value on nice looks. 

I felt sad, because I could not read to use clear mind just like childfood's me.

My favorite movies

My favorite movie is Giburi movies and Disney movies. Most people like witch one. People who likes Giburi movies do not watch Disney movies many time. To the contrary, People who likes Disney movies do not watch Giburi movies. I like both company movies. My best movie of Giburi is Princess Mononoke, and best movie of Disney is sleeping beauty. Princess Mononoke is very difficult movie, so people cannot understand real meaning. When people can understand, people move and think about an environmental problem.

Foreign countries

I will talk about Foreign countries. I have been to Australia when I was high school student. I enjoyed staying there. So I want to go foreign countries for a long time least 1 year. In fact, I did not get good point in TOEFL, so I cannot go to foreign country for KGU exchange student. But I will go abroad for study at my own expense. I know that It is difficult and very expensive, but I think I can work hard to study and part time job for going abroad to study.

My favorite ice cream

Hi! Today, I will talk about my favorite ice cream "PAPICO". It is coffee taste and it is very popular, so many people have eaten this ice cream. PAPICO contains 2 ice cream sticks, so generally couple and friend eat one side of PAPICO.

Sadly, I do not have boyfriend, but I usually eat with my friend or alone.
Every day, I have eaten ice cream after dinner. When I was high school student, i run long distance every day for track and field crab. Now, I run few days for a week and shorter distance, but I ate ice cream every day and same quantity. 
As a result, I fat about 10 Kg compere with my past weight. So,I decide that I do not eat ice cream every day.

How I study English

Usually I write English wards many time, but I cannot remember those wards well. Tomorrow,

I would forget almost wards. I sometime watch foreign films. There are many wards, which I don’t know, so I find those wards in a smartphone dictionary. Surprisingly, I don’t forget those wards almost. I want to watch more foreign films.
By the way, I cannot have time to talk to foreign people. I want to English lounge, but I will nervous to talk the people who is my first meeting. I know that my English skill doesn't improve as this rate, so I will bespeak to foreign people.
